not as doomed as i could be

So this week after a lot of pain and cravings like a mad woman I'm still alive and at 105.6 its not a complete meltdown. 100g less is better than a 3kg gain like i used to get.

Unfortunately i have visitors whom eat only junk which is depressing as they all expect me to eat it too. I cant keep up with the crap. I had a salad and katsu chicken dish in town for lunch which was my only save as they gorged on fried food but it was counter productive with pizza bought for dinner that night i managed to tone it down the next night by choosing an awesome salad and avo burger (which i claimed too full to eat the bun) it still left me feeling yuck. i'm making soup this week. i got hold of some really lean boiling bacon (practically the same as smoked ham) the butcher even trimmed all the excess fat off it which is helpful :)

lots of veges to be got tomorrow and lean meats from the butcher. I can do it. I refuse to go backwards.... if i have to I'll do another cabbage soup week once my mother flies out to auzzie on the 3rd.

lucky I dont celebrate easter in my household coz all the chocolate is tempting.... really really tempting....

guess I'll have to just play the allocation games this week divide by 3, eat, play, save.

I get to make 2 desserts for my little ratbags school fundraiser this week. what to choose is a bit of a prob,

might go with an oreo dream slice and a chocolate chippe/gingernut log. they are fam faves. and easy make. gotta cook brown rice and dig out my waffle maker too. oh the fun of it all :P
